Do you have a contact number?

Has my order been shipped?

Standard UK delivery will always be shipped by the next working day unless you order an item on Pre-order. Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be despatched on Monday, except for Bank Holiday weekends when it will be despatched the following Tuesday. For priority delivery we guarantee delivery within 1-2 working days, for standard delivery please allow up to 7 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email advising this. For next day delivery your item will be shipped the same day - this service is available Mon-Fri and there is a separate Sunday delivery option available on Saturdays.

Can I amend my order?

As we try and get orders out as quickly as possible we can’t always guarantee we can amend an order. If you have made a mistake with the order please call us on 0161 641 4801 and one of our advisors will assist you.

Can I return my order?

Of course! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase 
  • Items must be in original packaging and unused
  • We kindly request that footwear is tried on indoors and doesn't show any signs of wear
  • £2.50 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our easy-peel returns label

Want to return your order? No problem! You can return your items to us by the 16th January 2017 for a full refund or credit (minus original delivery costs.) Check out our shipping and returns page for full details.

How do I return my item(s)?

If you decide to return an item using our easy-peel return label, we will deduct a flat fee of £2.50 to cover the cost of return (free returns on all orders placed on/between 25/7/16 and 31/7/16).

It's really simple to use:

  • Put your item(s) back into the delivery bag and reseal
  • Stick on your unique easy-peel returns label
  • Take to the Post Office and let us do the rest

One of my items is on Pre Order, will my order still be shipped?

If an order is placed and the item is on pre order please be advised that your whole order won’t be shipped until the pre ordered item comes into stock. If you require your other items earlier please contact customer services on 0161 641 4801 to discuss this further.

I forgot to put my discount code in, what can I do?

Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.

What time can I expect my delivery?

Couriers do their utmost to deliver between 8:00 am – 22:00pm – however on occasion they can deliver outside these hours.

What do I do if my order is faulty or wrong?

If your order is wrong or faulty please contact customerservices@inthestyle.com with your name, order number and item details. We will email you back within 1 working day of your email. On all occasions we try to respond the same working day, you can also call us on 0161 641 4801.

Can I return an item if it is marked?

We will not accept any returns that have marks or make up on, if you receive your item in this state please email customerservices@inthestyle.com.

What happens if my order is lost, can I receive a refund?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order we will process an investigation with the courier, please note it can take up to 2 weeks for this to be investigated and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not offer a refund, if the investigation shows the order has been lost we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.

Have you received my return?

At present we do not notify customers when we receive their return, you can use your postage receipt to track your order. We advise to allow up to 14 working days for a refund to be processed, once we process this we will send you an email.

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock?

Popular items do sell out very quickly at In The Style, if you want to know if we will be re-stocking an item you can email us on customerservices@inthestyle.com or tweet us @inthestyleUK and we can let you know. Fashion moves quickly so often when things sell out we will move on to a new trend for you. We add new items to the site every week so if your chosen product is no longer listed on site you may be able to find a similar item by browsing through our new in section http://www.inthestyle.com/new

How does the £5 off £50 promotion work?

When you spend over £50 we will reduce your basket by £5 when you apply a valid code.

Why is my code not applying to every item?

Sale items are excluded from promotional discounts unless explicitly included.

How is the buy one get one half price discount applied?

The discount will only be applied to the cheapest applicable item in the basket.
