2. Register your return via our portal

3. Select your returns option and post your parcel off to us

4. We’ll drop you an email to let you know when we’ve received your returned parcel

FYI...

You don’t have to pay anything when you drop your parcel off, however all UK return parcels are subject to a £2.50 admin fee which will be deducted from your refund.

When returning items from multiple different orders, please ensure that each is returned in its own parcel with its own label to prevent delays when processing your refunds.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. All parcels returned to us will be processed for a refund.

Please note, we are unable to track the progress of any returns sent independently of our portal. If you do not provide order information and we are unable to identify your return we will not be able to process your return.
