1. With the purchase of this Subscription (“ITS Premier Delivery”) you receive unlimited next day delivery (usual cut off times apply) to UK post codes (excepting the restricted post codes) (full details of post code restrictions and cut off times can be found in the “Postcode Restrictions” section below). The Subscription applies to all your In The Style online purchases from www.InTheStyle.com (“Site”) (“Service”) for an unlimited time (starting from the date on which you purchase the Subscription) (“Subscription Term”) at the single upfront fixed payment specified (“Subscription Fee”) (“Subscription”). You can utilise the Service immediately i.e. to purchase items from the Site on the same day you purchase the Subscription. All terms of sale and terms and conditions apply to this purchase.

3. This Service is non-refundable. You have no right to cancel or refund at any time during the Subscription Term. For full details visit our Terms and Conditions and ITS reserves the right to cancel this subscription at any time.

4. Conditions of use – to use the Service you must:
1. Be logged into your In The Style Account and when you have selected the items you wish to purchase from the Site, go to the checkout process and at the “Delivery Options” section select ITS Premier Delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have already purchased the Subscription, no charge will be applied for the Service (provided you are logged into your In The Style Account at the time of making your purchase);
2. You must be purchasing items from the Site (you will not be entitled to use the Service for purchases from any other website (including without limitation any other In The Style branded website for a different geographical location)); and
3. The delivery address must be a UK post code and not a restricted post code defined within the Restrictions section referenced below.

5. You cannot transfer or exchange the Subscription for any other purpose, amount, gift, items, money, vouchers or other form of compensation.

6. We reserve the right to refuse and by proceeding with the purchase of the Subscription you acknowledge and agree, that we may refuse, suspend or cancel the Subscription at any time if you breach these terms and conditions, our Terms of Sale (and any terms and conditions and policies referenced therein).

7. Whilst we will use our best efforts to ensure delivery by the delivery timescale stated above, we and our delivery service providers may be unable to do so by reason of circumstances beyond our/their reasonable control, including without limitation extreme weather conditions, adverse traffic conditions, failures of vehicles, inability to access your property (“Event Beyond Reasonable Control”). You agree that we will not be liable where delivery is not received on the date you expected where it was caused by an Event Beyond Reasonable Control. By proceeding with purchase of the Subscription you also acknowledge and agree that given the nature of the Service the Delivery Restrictions may change from time to time during the duration of your Subscription and you are advised to review the restrictions periodically and at each time you wish to make a purchase to ensure that you are clear on the applicable cut off times and post code restrictions at the relevant time.

8. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from this Subscription. 

9. If any provision or part-provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms.

10. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
11. Please note - from 22nd-27th December, only Standard Delivery is available. Any orders placed using Premier Delivery will be dispatched on the 27th December.

We aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. For reasons beyond our control this may on occasions be longer. In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.

All orders will be delivered by a courier service and can be delivered up until 10pm.

In the event the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away.

We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Want to return your order? No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Faulty items can be returned up to 6 months after purchase. Please contact our Customer Service team if your item is faulty. 

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc. All items must be returned with the tags still attached.

Grooming products, pierced jewellery, perfume (where the cellophane packaging has been removed) underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs on wear.

All returns must be logged onto our Returns Portal within 14 days of the good arriving with you. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of being received and will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days subject to bank clearing times.
