The customer controls opting in or out of these on their own device, so if it any time you also wish to opt out of app notifications then that can be done in the settings on your phone or tablet.
CHANGE OF PURPOSE
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us. HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR
We will only keep your information for as long as you have your account or as long as is needed to provide a service to you and to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. - If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email customerservices@inthestyle.com. We will correct any information found to be incorrect.
Deletion of information:
- You have the right to request that your personal data be deleted; including if we no longer need it for the purpose we collected it, or you withdraw your consent.
- Following such a request we will erase your personal data without undue delay unless continued retention is necessary and permitted by law. If we made the personal data public, we will take reasonable steps to inform other data controllers processing about your erasure request.
Consequences of Deletion
- You may no longer be able to receive, or query historic receipt of, marketing from In The Style or its marketing partners
- In The Style may no longer be able to provide information on historical purchases, including the fulfilment of orders, processing of returned products and refunds, or the support of payment queries and fraudulent claims
